This Privacy Policy describes how Wodstar (the “App”) handles your information.

Key Point: We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. All your workout data is stored locally on your device.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or non-personal information, including:

  • Personal identification information
  • Workout data or training sessions
  • Photos or videos
  • Usage statistics, analytics, or crash reports
  • Device information or location data

3. Data Storage

All data created in the App is stored locally on your device and protected by iOS sandboxing. The App has no servers or backend infrastructure.

If you use device-level backups (iCloud or iTunes), your workout data may be included in those backups per Apple’s policies. We have no access to or control over these backups.

4. Data Security

Your data is protected by iOS sandboxing, which prevents other apps from accessing it. To protect your device and data:

  • Use lock screens and biometric authentication
  • Keep your device and the App updated
  • Regularly backup your device if you want to preserve your workout history

5. Third-Party Services

We do not use any third-party services, analytics, tracking, or advertising.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Data persists on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. You can delete individual workouts at any time. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all local data.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. Since we don’t collect any data, no information is transmitted to us.

8. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Since we do not collect or process your personal data, GDPR and CCPA data controller obligations do not apply to us. You have complete control over your local data through the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
